The Customer's Story

Amaan is a property investor who contacted us in 2018 after seeing one of our properties listed on Airbnb. The listed property looked very familiar as it shared some similarities with the one she had recently purchased. Not surprisingly, both properties belonged to the same development: a brand-new building with spectacular views and splendid contemporary interior design that attracts a lot of travellers. After seeing that property in our portfolio, Amaan saw an outstanding business opportunity in her new purchase and decided to get in touch for more information on our services, terms and conditions. That same week we met in person to sign the deal, and she became a long-term client.

Solution

The property was already in excellent condition and its design was already very attractive. However, no matter how gorgeous a property might look, we always enjoy giving them our brand’s personal touch, with modern paintings and décor items matching our brand’s hotel feeling style. Once the changes were made, a photographer came over and, in a few days, the apartment was listed on all our channels.

Results

The property is very sought-after due to its design and peaceful location around Battersea Park. Since the first few months, we have consistently achieved a 100% occupancy rate. During the Spring and Summer of 2019, we saw surprising profits that tallied up to £12,000 for that season only. During the Pandemic Amaan relocated to Southwestern Asia but, regardless of the distance, she still uses our services. As we keep her flat in proper care while bringing her significant monthly amounts of income, she blindly trusts us. Every time she comes to the city, she gets in contact with us to let us know that the bookings will have to be temporarily closed.
