CityHost opens its doors as an extension of our first company, CityFlats London. As CityFlats, continues to operate in the property management industry, our CityHost team is specialised in short-term rentals: a market that continues to flourish as travellers, business people and digital nomads seek the comfort of temporary homes.
CityHost London roots back to 2015, when Eli Santos created his own portfolio of properties, from Northwest to Southeast London, to provide short-, mid- and long-term rentals. With the idea of offering home comfort and excellent property care, CityFlats emerged as a property management company in the hands of a leading agent and his team of professionals.
In 2019 the company saw heightened demand for superior hosting services, especially in the short-term rental sector. It was evident that properties managed by inexperienced hosts weren’t as well rewarded as those backed by proficient agents. We responded to this issue by creating a new business plan that would eventually give birth to CityHost London; a company focused on maximising homeowners’ rental income by attending the high demand of short stays in the capital.

Despite the challenges brought by the Pandemic, between 2020 and 2021 we still received customers enquires on their property’s potential for short-term rentals for once lockdowns were over. Their interest showed us the light at the end of the tunnel, and we immediately began to prepare our team to provide the best of our services to our community.
